The MVP Protection Plan is designed to protect your home, save you money, and give you peace of mind all year long. These terms explain exactly what your protection plan covers, how it works, and what you can expect from us. No surprises — just honest service.
What's Included
Your protection plan covers the annual plumbing safety inspection and the exclusive discounts and priority scheduling listed in your plan. Any additional work, repairs, or parts outside those listed will be quoted separately — and you'll still receive your teammate discount on any approved work.
Protection Plan Ownership
Your protection plan is tied to your home and the homeowner listed on your agreement. It is not transferable to another person. If you move or sell your home, your protection plan follows you to your new address — as long as it falls within our service area. Contact us at the time of your move to update your account.
About System Performance
Regular maintenance helps prevent major plumbing problems, but no plan can guarantee that issues won't occur. Our team will always do our best to identify potential concerns early and recommend solutions before they become costly repairs. Protection plan does not cover the cost of repairs, replacements, or parts identified during your inspection — those will be quoted separately with your teammate discount applied.
Scheduling and Service
As a teammate, you receive priority scheduling during regular business hours. We'll reach out annually to schedule your inspection visit. Emergency service is always available; after-hours rates may apply. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we'll find the next available time that works for you.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your protection plan at any time — no questions asked. If services or discounts have already been used during your current plan period, your refund will be prorated based on what has been applied. To cancel, contact us by phone or email and we'll take care of the rest.

All work is completed safely and up to code, following Iowa plumbing regulations and OSHA safety standards. Our licensed professionals treat your home with the same care they'd give their own. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we want to know — and we'll make it right.
